I understand, but the way the game works, it would be impossible to categorize the armies this way, I've tried.
1. French Lebel should reload much slower than Germanan British ones since they load the rounds manually in WW1.
2. German 98 should reload much faster than the French since they used a stripped clip. Since the French have 8 rounds at their disposal, Germans have only 5, I think making the French reload slower would help the balancing as well.
This one was on my todo list. I'll get it fixed next update.
The Czechoslovak Legion is on my todo list.
I noticed Russia has no option for buying light machine guns individually (some other nations can't too), I'd suggest allowing these nations to buy Madsen machine guns as they were quite popular world wide.
The BAR has a ridiculously fast reload compared to other similar machine guns like the chauchat and madsen and also uses the LMG category and bipod model from the BAR A2, I'd suggest reclassifying it as a rifle and getting rid of the bipod.
I've noticed some weapons don't appear when they historically did, like the Hellriegel being available only in 1918 when it was first made in 1915, might be the same with the Fedorov Avtomat.
The russians I noticed lack any AT grenades, considering the lack of anti tank weapons of the era for infantry I'd suggest letting each nation have captured AT rifles and AT grenades.
The russians also lack any form of Shturmovaya or shock troops, same with the french, considering the experimental weapons present in the mod I'd add Ribeyrolles or Chauchat sutter carbines to french shock squads, Russians would have either Fedorov Avtomats or SMG 08/18 SMGs (AKA Maxim SMG).
As a temporary replacement for the Ribeyrolles you could simply re use the Fedorov model but modify stats.
AT grenades explode on impact like in vanilla, I'd like it more if it was like Robz where they had realistic fuses.
Vehicle models lack complexity, you can't really disable anything without completely destroying the vehicle, shooting engines and tracks with an AT rifle for example doesn't really do much to modules.
Only the germans have flamethrowers, which is unrealistic; all nations should have flamethrowers.
Wheeled vehicles are extremely fast and rotate turrets way too quickly.
