Changes made 3/25

Due to feedback from multiple sources, I've added a subtle pattern along the sides and center. This should hopefully bring more visual interest to the cape itself without overriding the player's color choice too much.

Love it even more now :D

This kind of item is very rare in the workshop. Not as in syandanas, because they are in abundance, but items this good.
