FANTASTIC design overall, absolutely stunning look to it, ive been wanting a regal cape in warframe for the longest time.

BUT; i think the cloak part of it could use some sort of subtle insignia or design, considering that the back of it is going to be 99% of what you can see if you have this equipped, it would be nice to have another seperate colourable area on the cloak apart from the tattered edges to bring some contrast and visual interest. Even if it was done in the same way as the vanquished banner, where the lighter areas and darker stripes on the cloak are both adjusted by a single colour selection.

It would be a shame to equip this only to have it obscure most of your warframe with a single block of colour. syandana's should compliment and accentuate the warframe, not cover and obscure it.
