Before these changes come about I will fix the current bugs and add localization/icons to my current build as well create a tech tree and ensure that Utopia will not be needed but having Utopia will enable to you use the perks along with making as an edict ability that will allow loop adherents to incarnate a portion of the worm's power granting them massive buffs but in return has a massive cost to unity to maintain Utopia will not be required for it. That said here is what's to expect that my next massive update.

New Country types and Ethics,: Once you pick the final pick in the ascension path (normal empires, hive minds, and machine intelligences will get their own version of the final perk event for those who don’t have Utopia will get an event once the tech is researched). This will transform the country from a normal empire Into a New Country type with its own ethics. becoming the new country will also give you the Authority associated with it.

The New Countries:
Celestial Empire/Dimensional Empire: Your people have done it. All the millenia of evolution or perhaps by created design... your people have achieved what the mortals would call godhood by their lack of imagination. Whether you now consider yourselves gods or not will mean little to you as the morals of mortals no longer concern you for what are the opinions of sheep to a Dragon?
God Mind: We were once lesser but now we see so much...
Deus Machina: Deus Machina words from a language recorded in the akashic network from the third planet of a system called sol the meaning of the words God Machine. New term for our existence accepted. able to comprehend mortal concept of divinity...

New Ethics: Each country type will get the Beyond morality ethic but only Celestial empire's will be able to get the others.

Beyond morality: We are not what we once were. We now Tread were mortals cannot trod. not even those who have fallen have achieved what we have and they never will. Now we are unbound and eternity awaits...
Benevolent: Though we have ascended this does not mean mortals are not relevant as bearers of the mantle it lies with us to guide of shape the mortals unto better paths then they have chosen for themselves.
Malevolent:These cowering whelps are not worthy of our attention or time. But they cannot be ignored for there are many tales of the gods falling to their children. It would be best for all if we remove those pests who dare threaten our claim to the mantle.
Distant: Mortals must evolve upon lines of their choosing. we should not interfere.
Interventional: Mortals must follow the paths we set them on for they cannot be trusted to do so on their own.

The Celestial and Dimensional Technologies:
The use of these technologies will put you above any who would dare to threaten your mantle. These will include ship parts, armies, buildings. As well as traits to gene/robo mod into your populations.


Will add genesis events later letting you create primitive species and young empires.
Will add ancient Celestials who have become decadent and uninterested in the events of the galaxy.
Will add a crisis which will feature the return of something...Dread...

Hi, i really much love your mod, that's why i only play with it enabled.

But: there seem to be real issues concerning government names not showing up etc. And at some point the game always crashes,seemingly because some functions for ai empires are void. Not sure if it's really this mod, but i narrowed it down quite a bit.

So, when i look into the files, first thing that pops up for me are some typos, like "jingoisict" or "engmatic" and so on. Also, some government types seem to be not completed.Could it be these are causing some issues?

I've noticed that after an empire becomes a celestial empire after choosing the celestial mantle perk, we lose the ability to upgrade our ships, and have to create new fleets just to use the current ship designs
