Bug found by General of Rome
Bug: when fully zoomed in you can't move past a invisible horizontal line in south sweden.

Bug: When you zoom inside the Himalayas the camera goes black.

The only way to fix this is to use a mod which flattens the height map, this bug is caused by the fact that you are moving the camera below the terrain textures.
The only thing I could do is limiting the amount you can zoom in, which wouldn't be of any use at all (since it is the main function of the mod).

That is quite strange indeed. Have you deleted the mod files in both 'Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod' and the steam workshop directory? Similar problems I have encountered with other mods (and other games) in the past were resolved by doing that and then revalidating the game files through steam.

The only thing I can imagine this being is a problem with either steam re-installing the mod, the mod being fetched from somewhere on the system, or something strange with the (new?) launcher.
