Loadout script
With a little help from https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1253879807 I've created a .cfg file that I place in
/c/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/insurgency2/insurgency/cfg
and then I can type
exec loadout
to select my weapons using the loadout.cfg file.

Only thing which I didn't manage to get working was that the second grenade doesn't get loaded into the inventory, even if enough points are available.

The problem I'm having is that I can't get my config to load the Primary 2 weapon or any but the first explosive. Any clues how to do this?

I have the exact same problem. I'm going to try and look at logs to see how the game does it when you just click it.
