If anyone has an insane amount of car mods like myself you may notice that the skin for the BLIN-1 (Since Steam didnt let me call it by its mod name) is a police skin rather than the black and white stripe. The solution for that is to uninstall the photon police version of the VW Golf. I dont have the direct link to the police mod but if your skin is police than look around in your addons for the photon Golf. Just a friendly tip for any others with my issue :D
