Change Language to Spanish

Me and a Friend we tried to change the language to spanish but don't know how, the Mod config does not work could anyone help us please

Para cambiar el lenguaje a Español tienes que ir al archivo de configuración del mod (suele ser "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\external item descriptions" o algo asi) y modificar el archivo "eid_config" donde buscas la palabra "Language" y la cambias a (= "spa")
