Important note on achievements
This is for anyone that comes across this. This is from the binding of isaac wiki and if anyone is wondering why achievements don't work with this mod, it is because you have to beat moms heart at least once with any character

Quoted from the wiki,
" Playing with any enabled mod prevents any achievements from being unlocked.
Afterbirth† Indicator.png If you heave beat Mom's Heart at least once, achievements will no longer be locked."

tl;dr Beat mom's heart once

just to clarify, if I have 230 hours (killed hearts dozens of times) in this game will achievements automatically be enabled? How do I check?
