New Vector's base-language.txt, objects.png and people.png, correcting old mistakes, changing icons and adding new ones.

Update Vector's objects.png:
-added missing water cistern.
-mirrored windows bars.
-corrected vertical kitchen and freezer misalingment.
-easier visual orientation CCTV holo-cams (a red light points to the view direction)
-reminder on how to place automated door opener: "W" to the wall.
-Arcade Cabinets with logo STAR WARS.


Update Vector's people.png:
(-missing shot, red blaster added.= I need to find the shot)
-new sniper rifle icon (more like Stormtrooper's E-11s sniper rifle, instead of reskinned normal sniper rifle)
-Credits bags with Credits logo.
-armored van with Imperial logo.
-new Assault Rifle icon (instead of normal blaster rifle, more like Stormtrooper's Z-6 rotary blaster cannon)
-new Gardener droid head (more like Agromech R4 droid)
-new guard uniform icon changed to Trooper armor.
-removed iron (not visually concordant with futuristic ironing table)

Upd. 0.4: Upped the volume for ambience sounds, and lowered their quality to make them smaller.

Work after v.0.8:

Starting the reading of Vector's "base-language.txt" and making small modifications to the lore and definitions, i.e.:
guard = trooper dog = probe droid dog handler = scout trooper money = credits pool table = pazaak table government, federal = imperial, Empire... Fireman = Firedroid Worker, Workman = Workdroid Janitor = Janitor R3 droid Gardener = Agromech R4 droid
and so on.

I've tried to contact Vector, but these holiday dates seem to be not very suitable for doing it. Let's see for now how the game acts with 2 "base-language.txt"... (maybe we can circumvent any problem with the Mod Load Order).
