How can I set it off all at the same time??

Get the "Pyro Definer" tool and set the id for example 1.
Set the id to all fireworks you want by left clicking on it.
Spawn a "sequenzer " and put one "Seq LaunchID Stone" with ID 1 in the timeline.
And play the sequenzer.
All fireworks with ID 1 should fire up when the red bar hit it.

You can't change the speed of a sequenzer
