monthly tweenlite license required to monetize skyrimui

i wanted to ask the maker of this mod if they are going to pay the 500$ monthly fee for monetizing this mod as required by tweenlight

They are replacing Tweenlite with their own (simpler) implementation. So this no longer applies.
