SkyUI is not running
I cant take a chance installing SKSE because it says "This is not an official steam website! You could lose all your games and profile!"

SKSE is required for running SkyUI, as it adds new scripting tools not included in the original game/editor. It's not on steam because it works differently from other mods, but as far as I know, it's perfectly safe. Been using it forever and never had any issue with it. Just follow the link on the description and you should be safe.

Yep it's perfectly safe and if you still just can't trust it then back up your saves.
