Seems to be incompatible if used with Leviathan Events Xtended and ISBS Doomsday Weapons at the same time

[18:10:48][trait.cpp:850]: missing required trait [trait_pc_plcom_preference]. All colonizable planet classes require a corresponding preference trait

Every planet in the galaxy (other than asteroids) are now planetary computers. Why?

I terraformed my Homeworld to this yet i obtained no bonuses but a -100% pop growth and all my districts were destroyed. I play a machine world.

Every planet can be terrraformed into a PC-planet, but the districts don't work
