A friend has only 1.20 and he have Gmotor error while loading singleplayer, he already tried to unsubscribe the mod and clear CBash and Shaders folders. In the same server i joined he has a temp car
As design, some changes on torque value were made and needed to limit brake as it is. All cars have same distribution now. uncompetitive in what way,? Please be more specific please.
Well in that case is obvious that users using DX9 will not run the new version, you need to stick to 1.15 version.
The car is a bit loose under braking, and requires slightly longer distance to stop than other MR cars.
Also, the default 45:55 bias doesn't make sense too. I don't think you can see many race cars that have more brake bias in rear than front.
Your wrong, 45:55 bias isn´t default, if you´r using old setup you will have strange setting now, you need to change your old setup..... Brakes are fine!!!
Problem is, we just made a fresh installation, and now there is no way do townload 1.15...
I'm also running DX9.
DX11 has become default, yes, but it's still buggy and incomplete af, so many of us still haven't made the switch. It makes no sense to update a mod if that means breaking it for DX9

Even after I copied the original dds file from MCL's mas file to the "UserData\player\Settings\STK Mcl.650s GT3\test" folder and renamed it to alt.dds ,there is a full-white car with no any paint on it .
Can you have a look at this. I did two nighttaces. When driving the porsche myself (so no ai) the seems to be light for me in cockpit view.
Then there is some strange behavior form the ai when turning in en comming out of coners. When following the ai from cockpit view in a let's say a steep lefthander, the wil turn the wheel full left en still can't make the conrner, drifting out wide (magnificant park, montreal), it mostly happens in fast corners. So...there is something going on with the ai, maybe because of the torque changes or something to do with the steering impact. Could also be because tyres lack grip at the front. I'm just guessing here, i'm not a modder.
