I have Wanderings Engine, All the wandering squads except traders [removed because of the mass traders], Nmadic Traders, and Faction Caravans.

So i had all on. do you want to move this to a discussion? so not to bug chat.

Okay, so the wandering engine will affect the nomadic traders and faction caravans. They will spawn less often because they use the original spawn rates provided in-game.

yeah but when i had all of them + your caravans "traders" it caused the respawn to go 4x and was spawning to much. so its most likely the cause of the bug.

My theory is Your mod + Faction Carvans. which may also add traders.

It could also be his mod rewrites the vanilla spawn rates after me. Try re-arranging the order of loading for the mods with Faction caravans and see if it works now.

Try putting the spawn engine at the very end or to be the last item to load.

At best, it may be a good idea to ask him if he modifies the vanilla spawn rates as well as the value he assigns to his caravan.
