I am also having this issue. I have the Escort class researched, yet these ships are not available. I also have an issue with Cruiser models and above not showing up in my game. Im only able to use vanilla ships past the destroyers.

same here. i only got the CR90 for corvette only. got all the destoyer allso then got the research for the light cruisers and carriers and research it and got nothing at all in ship destgner or my build sect in spaceport.

Yes same exact issue i hope the dev fixes

the FAQ says this, "Q: I dont see the ships in cruiser or battlship size.
A: The new ships after Destroyer class have they own Shipsize, you looking in the wrong shipsize." but i don't understand what that means at all...

So I think im having a similar issue as the initial poster. However, I understand the ship classes work differently with this mod. What Im having is a complete lack of the ABILITY to select, modify or even create specialty ship classes after I've researched them. Base level interceptors and destroyers work fine. After that all research I complete I get no other updates to my ship modification lists. Researched all the way up to lvl 6 stations, and all I can build is the basic 4 types from vanilla. And only the first two are skinned properly. All the rest simply never appear.

I have the save problem, ships researched but no skin just a box with "?" on all sides

I have had this exact issue for a very long time with the Galatic Empire and Rebel Alliance ships...


Q: There are no ships!
A: Make sure the mod is activated, you started a new game with the prescripted Race and did get the start event (can be edited and saved as you want)

As it happens I realised this was 100% true

I made my own custom race whenever I used the ships, my friend in this multiplayer match, made a race, editing the rebel alliance event race...


So in short use and edit the races at the bottom of the list.
That should work.

so i have to use the prescripted race/empire? I have the same problem, research the escort ships, and i cant use, see, or design them.

having the same issues i can get corvettes and destroyers but anything past that is standard human ships, having the same issue as empire as well as some missing models( the box open on the bottom). i am using the event empire.

im having the same issue this needs to be fixed

You guys Scrolled down the list of Shipclassed when in the ship creator and creating a new ship class? they have their own listed ship classed that cant be found in the Sets of the Vanilla ships.
Everything here works fine on my side. Even with new Created races. You just have to use the pre Made Event Imp or Event Reb, factions and alter them to what race and goverment you want to play, then it works.

yes i have scrolled the list of ship classes and they arent there, i went so far as to use the event race with no changes and the event races changed as well, i still could not get past destroyers

Did a run thru with Empire and Rebels, loved them (though no NSC support this is a blast in of it self--I also end up mix and matching even moar mods >.>) so far, got all ships, but the Rebels didn't seem to get the Titan Model, sure I could build it, but couldn't... get it. I DID get the Titan with the Imps tho. :)
