His rage should be like this:Spook all enemies in a radius, increase speed, increase firerate and turn self red.
like a true mad duck

And also turn everyone's view top down, and only move left, right, forwards and downwards. not diagonally.

He can fly for a short amount of time; I would assume.

Both clicks can summon merasmus.(for 10 or 15 secs.)
