Settings menu is glitched for Splitscreen

Title says all, I have no Idea what I'm pressing, but I can't get into the game as I cant see the menu when the map loads

it may be problem with loading mods, try to check all bo3 files to repair it.If necessary, delete mod and download once again. I hope this will work

it works on solo, but on coop it shows nothing but the map.
