First out, please don't take this as us picking holes in your ♥♥♥♥, we love the map and just wanted to help out incase you were not aware of these :) Mostly i tried to show how to replicate these behaviours, however if you have any issues please feel free to hit me up.
The last death one, seems to be that when dieing and being shot by that black hole ♥♥♥♥, it destroys the player entity as if it were a zombie which sucked when it happened first on accident.
