Question regarding "Steam Spray"
Is there a reason a novice spell uses 43 magicka p/s? Don't get me wrong, I adore this spell. I just don't understand why it uses more magic than a flames or sparks. That is unless there is a hidden benefit to using steam I am unaware of. Or maybe it is actually a higher skill level?
