Something wrong with the Borg after latest update?

I just subscribed to this mod since I love ST. I tried playing a skirmish as the Borg, but it seems like none of the ships have any Production Facilities, thus, they are not able to build any ships beyond just Utility class ships. No corvettes, frigates, or capital ships, even after upgrading the assimilation levels.

Bug?

What was your game setup settings? I haven't actually spent any time confirming that things are ok from a dev perspective post "official" 2.3 patch
