Respec mastery
Where could I read all the things about the mod? the changes from vanilla and etc...and to have a direct response just want to know if respec(changing masteries not just like in vanilla) is available?

Respeccing is available. The main description of the mod is probably the best place tbh.

First available respec is Delphi in Greece if I remember right.
