BREAK THE WOOD ON THE DOOR

You break all boards on the door (if you're inside of the cafe). It's not obvious enough, but there are a couple on top and bottom of the door. They are hardly noticeable though. Also the melee hit detection isn't perfect so it will take time until you take off all boards. You better use melee weapons instead of melee attacks on firearms which are useless on physics props like those boards.

There is a vent not far from that garage door. It can be broken only after you use the radio. There might spawn a bandit npc in the next room for sure. So be careful.
