This mod is what I was looking for. An additional idea: would it be possible to educate the ruler (or the heir) to change his/her culture? There are situations where you end up with a ruler that is not of your primary culture and then you have this very annoying event for the rest of the game about the ruler being a foreigner, which IMHO makes little sense.

Ah this is an interesting suggestion, I think it might be possible, yes. I'll look into it, thanks for the suggestion!

Suggestion: Put everything in a single decision, which then opens up a pop up. fully with the option to quit. Just like in the mod "Recruit Wanted Advisors"
