What nationality are citizens?
Half-Life 2 take place in Russia i think so most of them must be Russians

it's actually Bulgaria according to Civil Protection (the Ross Scott series)

Because the faces are based on real people, all are American except for F04 (Japanese(?)) M05 (Vietnamese(?)) and M09 (Serbian)

No Female_05 & Female_05_B playermodels are existing within' the addon; I was in the middle of linking TFA-VOX voicelines to almost all playermodels.

in the lore, it says that people are transferred across citys a lot, so everyone basically are from different countrys
