time of day and day\night cycle speed disable
No matter how I change the enable simulation control, time of day and day\night cycle speed will always be disabled, hope it gets resolved

Is working fine here without any issues,
have you checked other mods with the same features?

I found it has some compatibility issues with the mod "Play It". For me at least.
