[BUG] B2K M16A1 Error / Issue

Upon pulling the trigger on the M16A1 The below screenshot occurs

Effectively the weapon goes left off of the screen and stays there until i switch off and back to the gun, and if i fire again it reverts back to this broken state, even when pressing C Menu

Anyone else experiencing this? is this common?
