DOI bolt actions bug

I "found" a bug with the DOI bolt action rifles.
When you use stripper clips with the Kar 98k, Springfield etc. It's empty.

Stripper clips are awaiting major rewrite - to match the current DOI (empty-stripper, tactical-shotgun) reload system. Bullet bodygroups will come with it.
