to people who dont know how to revive players or npcs
you have to use the medkit in the others tab then press E to revive them

Im having the same problem, and i dont think that there are and addons clashing with it

it might have been when garrys mod updated

Maybe, but the npcs can still revive me and other npcs

it needs to be the medic citizen or barney or alyx or voritguant
combine will work to if you are friendly with them or make them friendly with you

medic citizens can only revive you along with barney and alyx and vortigaunts
