Can you make a Jacko Chica NPC for this addon?

Sorry for the INCREDIBLY late response, I only just found this post.
She'll be released in the separate Halloween NPCs addon I'm posted probably next week.

Unfortunately she is not currently accompanied by her Jack-O-Lantern as the model for that is created in such a weird way that I simply can't figure it out.
I'll try again or wait for another model. Then I'll add it.

Is there realesse date for Halloween Part? I mean in what day it's gonna be realessed.
