SCP-173 "Models" on mod files.

I am curious, so I like watching internal files of mods.
I love this mod, indeed I love, but I saw one file that it's very strange.
SCP-173's faces (front face, back face, right face and left face).
This is very strange, since there is no possibility of containing SCP-173, because it isn't added.
Why there are those images?
