MAKE A GUIDE! (spoilers within)
I've spent several hours on this mod trying to figure out the mutliple endings and I can never seem to get the RIGHT ending, they always end in some type of glitch or really odd ending, so I want the BEST ending, but I have no idea how to get it. I've tried every which way I can think of but nothing works, the farthest I've gotton is making rykas die and taking his armor, then getting the gloves, boost and helmet and going underneath the city and deafeting The Arbiter. But, nothing happens after that. the whole thing just goes under lockdown and I cant even kill the centurians, they're just aimlessly roaming around and I'm forced to flee, and it feels un-finished. So PLEASE! Make a guide for the CORRECT and BEST way to end this mod!

Okay, the key is getting the immaculate dwarven armor. The gauntlets are in the abandoned palace next to the entrance. To get past the broken gate you have to climb the coffins you see as you enter the abandoned palace. The boots are going to be with the dying Vigilant of Stendarr. He is in one of the houses, just pick them up. The Helmet is in the abandoned tunnels next to a corpse. You will see it before you see the smelter in the tunnels. Finally, the Chest piece. Investigate Rykas' house, you will find a threatening letter. Use this as proof to accuse him to Metellus. Metellus will tell you to lure Rykas into the tunnels behind houses (btw, get there from Ulfins house, there is a trapdoor under goatskin, you can get a key by killing the giant skever) kill Rykas. Yes, it activates the dwarves law, but just book it to the lakehouse. the Jarl builds the portal for the first time (time travel and all) walk through that and you start from the beginning of Forget-Me-Not with a full set of immaculate dwarven armor. Go through the abandonded tunnels and this time radiation wont kill you. You meet the Arbiter. Talk a bit and then kill him, again Dwarves Law becomes active. Book it to the lakehouse again and the quest resets when you walk through the portal. The you can go to the abandoned tunnels and show the Arbiter his helmet. This convinces him to get rid of the dwarves law. Wonderful ending btw.

Ahah... I finished it in one shot without even wanting it. I wandered around, talking with almost everyone, making Rikas stop threatning Vernon and then i explored everyone house. But it was already the night so they weren't happy to see me so i just told my self : Well, what if i just explore the underground ?
I found the radiation interesting so i used the ethereal shout to go throught it (i have a low cooldown with my shout so i could do it, thanks to the mod : amazing race tweaks) I found the arbitrer, persuade him to stop his dwarven law and... happy ending. I found later about Metellus and his creppy secret.

Now i'm just sad because i feel like i cheated in a way and i didn't saw the whole potential of this quest...

The mod is amazing. All props to whoever made it

Is it bad that I just used Force Speed, Force Healing, and countless potions to get past the radiation part with my Jedi Robes? Lol. I was totally innocent when I faced the Arbiter but he thought otherwise...

How do I get into the tunnels for the quest for Habiq's ring?

There should be a trapdoor in your accomendation if anything check the map for something of the sort

Yeah there's those doors in the shops and some other houses obviously but they're all locked. I've been through the palace and the underwate house already but I can't find the key.

The one in your house should be unlocked thus negating the need for a key (if my memory is correct). I might need to fire up the mod. But don't worry a couple of hours of headsmashing against a wall (figuratively) and you should find out how to get in the tunnels. (If my memory is also correct there should also be a trapdoor in a fireplace/or something like that) Good luck

Or maybe you had to ask the jarl.

Ok, what i did was definately not intended and is somewhat buggy but it gets you the best possible ending. After defending the city from the looters, go straight into the underground tunnels. Instead of acquiring the Immaculate Dwarven Armor, use the Become Ethereal shout to bypass the radiation unharmed. Now depending on how stable your skyrim is, the mod may bug out so that your health decreases to 1 but the radiation doesn't actually kill you. Proceed to fight and kill the arbiter. The battle is tough with one hp, but with some clever use of equipment you can do it. Then once you leave the city will start to fall apart, and from there, you can go to the lake house and head back in time. Then just use the become ethereal shout to get back to the arbiter, persuade him to stop the law, and then the city is safe without you having to kill anyone.

hey people, somehow i am unable to go back in the past after i break the law - the jarl opens a portal, and i end up at the present and find alterius and the quest ends.. but i've read that i should be able to restart the quest and go back to the past and everything should be fine as nothing happened....
