There already is a setting and command for that.

How about making a black-list for things you don't want highlighted? :)

I would like the ability to disable highlighting on certain types of items. Like a command to not highlight weapons, or maybe ammo. I just want this because having a little glowy thing on SENTS gets a little annoying. Thanks!
