What am I doing wrong?
I have subscribe to this tool to help me out on map editor or regular game play and it doesn't appear to show up on my game play. so what am I doing wrong?

You need to wait until you've unlocked Landscaping maybe?

Go to the main menu of the game -> settings -> mods -> enable the Extra Landscaping Tools mod and other desired ones.

Its seems broken and abandoned. Considering it hasn't been updated in 3 years.

I finally found the CSL Brush Pack. But where do I put the files? There are two folders: Essentials and One Offs.

Yeah, you activate it in settings then mods then you enable this mod
