The Colibri spams console w/ errors when saving/loading

I spawned a Colibri for one of my saves as a vehicle, saved, and loaded the save file the next day. The middle part of it was a "ERROR" model and the console was constantly being spammed with errors.

I Made One.
1. When Your In Library, Right-Click On Garry's Mod
2. Click On Properties.
3. Press "Set Launch Options"
4. And In The Box, Type -dxlevel 80 +mat_antialias 0 window
4. Press OK.
5. Your Done, Have Fun.
This May Or May Not Work, So Don't Abuse Me If It Doesn't.
