First thing you need to do is check if the mod is in the data files list, if it is what you need to do next is figure out what number your mod is in the loading order. To do that go to the console with the ~(tilde) key and type in help mora. Then you'll see the number at the beginning. Now, search for the word of power in the console and you'll be able to add words of power.
