why are the textures broken
im writing this because i have seen that most of the weapon models are broken/not rendering

I ran into that too, initially I got this to fix it:

However, it still didn't seem to fix all of the missing textures, so I managed to find these and they seem to fix the texture issue pretty well:

You need half life 2 episode 2 mounted.
