I just got the game and downloded the mod im haveing the same problem it is a bug i think

Same here. The mod has a nast tendency to leave a giant "spike" of water behind after the inital wave. However, as far as I can tell it doesn't generate any water - it purely seems to be a deformation of the water layer.

Hopefully it can be fixed, seeing as how this mod can be extremely useful in testing a given city's tsunami resistance.

I found if you save and quit, it goes away for me at least when reloaded.
