Bug: The update disabled the bulldozer. Can't click on it.
I've reproduced the issue and will look into it. Please use the hotkey B as a workaround until I can get a fix uploaded.
Bug: The panel is now blocking the city's information drop down menu on the left. Maybe move it to lower left corner?
I've never heard of this happening; my mod is explicity set to load when a game is loaded. Have you tried unsubscribing and then resubscribing? I can't reproduce this issue.
That's my resolution as well and I'm seeing it just fine. Does this folder exist on your machine? C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\255710\410151616
That's where the mod would be if the subscription succeeded. Until I get any more reports of this I think it's a machine-specific issue.
