I had the same problem Managed to fix it by unsubcribing starting up hw 2 classic then re subscribing mod now works fine

No one got a fix or a work around yet?
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same issue

soooooo yu unsubscribed the mod, then launched HW 2 classic, then resubscribed the mod. did that really work?

ok i can confirm with what adrenaltigz said, it works!

1. simply unsubscribe the mod
2. open HW2 classic
3. then resubscribe the mod while the game is open and wait for it to finish downloading and it should work.

for some reason this worked and i dont know if this will work for anyone else but try itwhat have yu got to lose

Yeah tried that... btu HW2 Classic itself will not launch through the launcher for me.

If you have the Steam Remastered Collection you just need to subscribe to the mod on steam.

Tell Steam to put an icon on your desktop like for all games.

Launch the game

In the launcher on the bottom right - select mods (Under Multiplayer Beta).

Select HW2 Classic

Select Star Wars Warlords

Press select

In the Commandline Arguments: Paste: "-nopbuffer" (Without the quotes)

And finally select Launch

The problem I have is that the mod simply doesn't show up at all in the mod screen. It's rather frusterationg.

Homeworld 2 simply doesn't launch for me. Apparently it requires older drivers because AMD is not compatible with HW2, but those didn't work for me either. I'd really like a solution because this mod looks awesome.

My poblem is that when I launch the mod it works because I did the -nopbuffer thing abd it worked fine, but when I yrie to go on player vs cpu it crashed.
