It changed how I see art, how I see games, how i see the late capitalism stage of our pity world and the desperate need for players to express their hunger, how I see the delicate lattice of reality itself.
In every star twinkle, I now see the glint of a modder’s determination. In every dawn, the quiet beauty of a new UI asset replacing the old.

And when I return to the menu of EU5 and behold that sacred symbol once more, I do not merely play a game.
I commune with eternity.
