Human's falling over
So certain human's that I spawn in will just fall over and never be able to stand without making them weightless I had this same issue with Human Tiers and another mod that I can't remember and I can't seem to find a fix for it

If you have ragdoll enhancements mod on and enabled that could be why

It turns out I infact DID have it installed and this was what was causing the issue I've been having this issue for the better part of a year maybe longer
