Maybe add an animation to the mimic. Maybe he turns all black and turns into the victim. Don't know how hard or long this will take so take your time

add something that is non humaniod my suggetion for this would be a skin walker it can turn it different animals like dog.

maybe some misc props like a TV with other channels, the Mandela county sign, casset tapes, ect. Just some small things
