There is no major problem as the homeland and pop cultures are same.
Not sure what you mean? Your mod changes the indian cultures to "North Indian" and "South Indian". But the event that fires when India becomes independent doesn't add those cultures to India's primary cultures, it adds the vanilla cultures that no longer exist.
Most of the nation formation and breakup events have the same problem in your mod. When the Dutch East Indies breaks up, the event adds vanilla cultures, not "Malay".
It's not though? You can edit the breakup events to add the mod cultures. I did it for India and Indonesia.
Example:
In this case, you already gave Indonesia the minority_melayu homelands in the mod, so you only need to change the cultures via the event.
