Background NPCs addon when?

Just saying, if we have a Background NPCs addon of Russian cars, we could also have of Japanese cars, someone needs to make this.......

Background NPCs? like, the cars driving by themselves? i´d reccomend using the addon Decent vehicle for that

Decent vehicle causes lag.
