when i was looking around i got an idea of changing from ain. to .txt and found this

you can see yourself by changing file extenstion from .ain to .txt

is it on every workshop map or??

the .ain file isnt the map.
since youre downloading it thru the workshop is situated elsewhere, specificaly in steamapps/workshop/content all the numbered folders containt mods for workshop games, you need to find the hl2 one, and there youll find the mod in a vtf format, youll need to use a tool to extract it from there
The .ain file is responsible for acting as the generated nodegraph for the AI's movement in the map. If no file exists or the nodes in the map change it will regenerate it.
