Strange thing attached to one specific city scanner
I don't know if anyone has seen this scanner around, it seems that it always spawns from the end of the street to the right of the train station exit to the plaza. It has this weird gray cone on it that you'd think is a broken light or something but the lights on other city scanners seem fine so it can't be the spotlight. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3431657897

Someone already covered this:this thing is a camera that uses when you load this map (the flying sequence)

Ah, I should've realised. Thanks for clearing that up for me. (I am very embarrassed to admit I didn't get it until now, I should've seen the earlier posts about it.)
