the last one looks like U

The way they got the code feels pretty random, so I opened up the Garry's Mod port of the map and tried looking from left to right.

These nine bars on the far left (background strider) part of the map don't seem like they're meant to line up with the rest of the code, but seem to stick out on their own. I tried Morse code and binary, since those seemed to be the most fitting.
Using RapidTables binary to ASCII[www.rapidtables.com] for binary
000100100 gives you the dollar sign ($) in literally all encodings
111011011 gives the capital letter U with various accents for most encodings, occasionally switching to a random letter in Cyrillic or Arabic
Using Morse Code World[morsecode.world] for Morse translations
... -.. -.. = SDD
--- .-- .-- = OWW (lmao)
As for the rest of the letters, from left to right, as far as I can tell:

There are some shadows that don't seem relevant, so I omitted them, but you can add them back in if you like. I got "91QI90UG / 91QI9OUG" but the U could be an O. First thing I thought on seeing it was a YouTube video link, but they seem too short and I don't get any results for them.
So far I've tried:
91QI90UG
91QI9OUG
III91QI90UG
III91QI9OUG
III91QI9oUG
U91QI9oUG
u91QI9oUG
No results for any of them, you're welcome to try more combinations.
The prop letters are the most interesting -- people have suggested they're a file extension. We don't yet have any files to append it to, so it feels like a bit of a stretch, but let's assume that's the right direction. We have a couple of options on filetype, so I'll try to get one or two from each. Note that I'm not a programmer so my explanations are going to be barebones and uneducated guessing.
UMF = Universal Message Format, according to IBM, which is "an XML dialect used for structuring data source files." It also may have something to do with multimedia downloading, not sure.
UFM = Two particular things show up for this, being Microsoft's Unidrv Font Metrics, and music files for something called Vermillion Desktop Composer. The latter seems pretty self-explanatory (storage for music a la FL Studio), but according to Microsoft's own page on Unidrv[learn.microsoft.com], .ufm files are mainly for sending the properties of fonts to PCL printers. This might actually be the most likely one.
FUM = Nothing interesting for this one. Interestingly, I get results for the .fun file extension, which is a file encrypted by the Jigsaw ransomware.
MFU = Could be MobileFrame Update Package files (for updating the MobileFrame system), could be some form of RFID formatting. Doesn't seem promising.
MUF = Mainly appears to be a temporary license file for a webapp dev program called Alpha Five -- MUF files appear to be licenses for who can access a database. Doesn't seem promising.
FMU = Mainly returns Functional Mock-Up Unit, a compressed file managed by the Functional Mock-Up Interface[en.wikipedia.org], used to hold complex model and equation data for simulating real-world mechanical functions. It's unlikely that Interloper's whipping out the digital instructions for building a car engine on us, but absolutely hilarious if this ends up being it.
None of these file extensions show up on the Valve wiki. If it's any of these, I'll be surprised, but we'll see.
Two ideas. Remove the HL2 intro area completely in hammer and just look at the water and islands underneeth.
Take the conehead scanner with the gravgun, and go though each loop.
