Redundant code.
I don't quite understand why Equip_5 apply B_Binah_EB_03 at the start of each turn.
When Equip_6 apply B_Binah_EB_03 only after 1 turn and if user don't have B_Binah_EB_03.
Code looks the same, but work different. Cause some problems with translation
